With more than 30 years of experience in the pageant industry, Jessica Schiff brings the perspective of both a longtime competitor and an experienced director to her role as CEO and International Director of United World Pageants®. Her understanding of pageantry from both sides of the stage has shaped an organization centered on creating an experience where every delegate feels seen, supported and valued.

Jessica founded United World Pageants® with a vision to create something that extended beyond competition. Guided by the motto UNITED WE STAND, her focus is on bringing women from different backgrounds and communities together while providing opportunities to build confidence, discover purpose, form genuine connections, and create memories that last well beyond pageant weekend.

Under Jessica's leadership, United World continues to evolve while remaining grounded in the values on which it was built: confidence, purpose, sisterhood, and meaningful impact. Her goal is not simply to crown titleholders, but to create an international community where women are encouraged to use their voices, pursue what matters to them, and recognize the influence they can have both with and without a crown.
